Prexable recently held an important strategic follow-up session as part of its ongoing development cycle and international expansion planning. This meeting took place two weeks after the submission of the biannual progress report and served as a critical checkpoint to evaluate the current state of the platform and align next-step priorities.

 

 

Management Review and Technical Session

On 17 November, a follow-up meeting was held to discuss operational readiness, development milestones, and forward-looking strategy. The session included: Zahra Shafiei (Innovation Cluster Agent) and Prexable management team. 
The discussion centered on the current status of Prexable’s core modules and the proactive steps needed to maintain momentum in the interim.
Zahra emphasized the importance of maintaining brand activity, visibility, and user engagement. Just as development progressed independently, she encouraged the same proactive approach for marketing and outreach, ensuring Prexable remains vibrant and competitive despite geographic constraints.

 

 

Key Highlights from the Session

1.Completion of the Annotation Module

The team confirmed that the annotation module is fully finalized and that all planned development tasks intended to be executed in Iran have been successfully completed. This marks a major milestone in the Prexable roadmap and solidifies the technical foundation required for the next phase.

 

2. Development of Training Module & Explainability

The remaining work—namely the training module and the integration of model explainability features—is scheduled to be completed after marketing analysis. These components will be directly shaped by Canadian market needs and regulatory expectations.

 

 

Decisions and Forward Path

  1. Develop a Phased Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan the structure of a multi-stage digital marketing campaign, with detailed steps to be defined in follow-up work.
  2. Schedule Specialized Technical Meetings: Conduct additional sessions to clarify marketing scope, responsibilities, and timelines.
  3. Continue Planned Development: Move forward with the next and final development milestone in the existing roadmap.

 

With critical technical milestones completed and a proactive market strategy underway, Prexable is positioning itself to maintain strong momentum while preparing for the next phase of international expansion.
