Insights from Our Startup Visa Meeting with Dr. Mehdi Sanjari

At Prexable, we recently held our monthly Startup Visa meeting, where we discussed the progress of our project and key strategic plans for the coming months. We were honored to have Dr. Mehdi Sanjari, our advisor from Canada, join the session, providing valuable insights and guidance.

This meeting took place online via Google Meet on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 (7 Esfand 1403) at 9:30 PM, with the participation of the majority of Prexable’s board members.

Project Progress: AI Layer Near Completion

One of the key highlights of the meeting was the significant progress in our project. The AI layer, which includes facial recognition and behavior recognition services, is now nearly complete. In the coming months, we will be shifting our focus towards the backend development and subsequently the frontend for Phase 2 of the project.

Impact of Upcoming Political Changes in Canada

During the session, team members raised questions regarding the potential impact of Canada’s upcoming Prime Ministerial changes on the Startup Visa process. While the program’s future remains a topic of interest, we are actively monitoring any updates and ensuring we stay informed about policy shifts that could affect our plans.

Additionally, Dr. Sanjari provided insights on the process for some team members to relocate to Canada, emphasizing the importance of strengthening our marketing efforts in the region.

Key Strategic Decisions

Several important decisions were made during this session, including:
Collaboration with Innovation Factory Incubator – We explored potential cooperation opportunities to accelerate our growth.
Provisional Patent Filing – It was decided that filing a provisional patent will be a part of our roadmap in the coming months to secure our intellectual property.
